You agree to pay Media Reload the amount listed above for the repair as specified above. You understand that it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your device. You acknowledge that Media Reload shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software. You also understand that Media Reload uses quality aftermarket parts for all repairs. You acknowledge that causing your device to be repaired at Media Reload will likely void any manufacturer’s warranty associated with the device. Diagnostics services and liquid damage repairs are subject to a $25 FEE due at check-in. If client requests a call and quote after they have already been quoted at check-in then a FEE of $25 will be due. If COCKROACHES are found in your unit you will be immediately notified. You will have 24hrs to collect your unit or it will be disposed of. Media Reload assumes no liability and offers no warranty for any part or function of a device undergoing diagnostics, and you assume the risk that diagnostics work may in fact result in further damage to your device in certain circumstances. In the event the customer elects to have their device repaired at Media Reload the diagnostics fee (if any) will be applied to the balance due. Media Reload offers a 90 day warranty of any products repaired at Media Reload starting from the date of completion of the repair. If the device needs to be re-repaired, the warranty does not extend. The warranty period is ONLY within 90 days of the original repair completion date. The warranty only covers functionality directly related to the repair provided. Software and OS repairs/restores are NOT covered under warranty. If the unit is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Media Reload's warranty DOES NOT apply to defects resulting from any action of the customer, including but not limited to corrupt updates, software modifications, corrupt operating systems, mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, and improper repair by anyone other than Media Reload. This warranty is void if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of excessive corrosion, heat, moisture or vibration, improper specification, misapplication, misuse, abuse, or other operating conditions outside of Media Reload's control. If the item is water damaged prior to or after Media Reload performing the repair any Media Reload warranty is void. Media Reload is not liable for damages or risk during the transportation between you and the store or from the Repair Center to the store. You understand that if you do not retrieve your device from Media Reload within 90 days upon completion of repair that your device will become property of Media Reload. You also give Media Reload permission to photograph your device before and after completion of repair and to use the photographs for our records or advertising publication. Media Reload's sole warranty is that its services will be performed by skilled personnel in a professional workmanlike manner. Media Reload’s total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the repair, and you release Media Reload from liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Media Reload is not liable for loss, alteration, or corruption of any data or for your inability to use your equipment or other product. Media Reload's sole obligation and any customer’s exclusive remedy for any warranty failure is the correction or replacement, or refund of customer’s money, at Media Reload's option of the nonconforming services or products.
